Yucca-Pac Safari

The Yucca-Pac Safari is Canada’s original full pop-up canopy camper, proudly 100% manufactured in Canada. Built on the same rugged aluminum canopy platform as the Yucca-Pac Sport, the Safari is designed for adventurers who want maximum interior space and comfort while still keeping the versatility of their pickup truck.

At its foundation is the same space-maximizing habitat canopy constructed from 1/8″ 5052 aluminum, delivering exceptional strength with minimal weight. Each canopy is finished in a durable black Mini-Tex Tiger Drylac powder coat, providing long-lasting protection against harsh weather and demanding backcountry use.

The Safari features gull-wing side doors with integrated storage, built with Canadian-made hardware and gas struts to ensure reliable performance in every season. One-hand compression latches, recessed door pockets, and a sealed door design provide secure, easy access to your gear while keeping the elements out.

Every Yucca-Pac Safari comes standard with solar-ready wiring and a 110V shore power plug, along with pre-installed lifting bracket locations so you can install or remove the camper yourself when paired with our jack brackets and your choice of lifting jacks. Interior lighting is included in both the canopy and tent areas, and a removable electrical accessory panel allows you to add your preferred power components without drilling into the canopy shell.

The optional Yucca-Pac front cabinet installs across the front bulkhead and provides 275L of storage, allowing your camping gear to stay organized inside the camper while still sitting above the truck bed. This keeps your truck fully usable while making spontaneous trips easier since your gear can stay packed and ready to go.

Where the Safari truly stands apart is its full pop-up design. The roof deploys a 38-inch tall soft-wall tent, creating nearly 8 feet of standing room inside the camper. The system opens or closes in under two minutes, instantly transforming your truck into a spacious backcountry shelter.

Four large zipper windows with no-see-um bug mesh provide 360-degree views and excellent ventilation, allowing you to fully experience the landscapes you travel through while keeping insects out when the weather turns warm.

While the Safari carries slightly less bedding when stowed compared to the wedge-style Sport, it makes up for it with its massive interior habitat space and the ability to create two separate living areas, even in smaller truck beds. This added room makes the Safari especially popular for families or travelers who want more space to move around inside their camper.

Both the Yucca-Pac Safari and Sport can be paired with our 1/2″ insulated wall panels, helping regulate temperature and eliminate the need to carry additional insulation panels when traveling in colder environments.
