Yucca-Pac Sport
The Yucca-Pac Sport is Canada’s original pop-up canopy camper, proudly 100% manufactured in Canada. Designed for adventure without sacrificing the everyday utility of your truck, the Sport transforms your pickup into a capable backcountry shelter while still allowing you to use your truck as a truck.
At its core is a space-maximizing habitat canopy constructed from 1/8″ 5052 aluminum, delivering exceptional strength while keeping weight low. Every canopy is finished in a black Mini-Tex Tiger Drylac powder coat, providing durable protection against the harsh conditions Canadian adventurers face year-round.
The Sport features gull-wing side doors with integrated storage, equipped with Canadian-made hardware and gas struts for reliable performance in all seasons and weather conditions. One-hand compression latches, recessed door pockets, and a sealed door design ensure secure access and long-term durability.
Every Yucca-Pac Sport comes standard with solar-ready wiring and a 110V shore power plug, along with pre-installed lifting bracket locations so you can install or remove your camper on your own when paired with our jack brackets and your choice of lifting jacks. Inside, the camper includes basic interior lighting for both the canopy and tent area, along with a removable electrical accessory panel that allows you to add your favorite components without drilling or modifying the canopy shell.
For those who want to keep their gear organized and ready for adventure, the optional Yucca-Pac front cabinet installs across the front bulkhead and provides 275L of storage and offers a drop down table. This design keeps your camping gear inside the camper but above the truck bed, preserving your truck’s usability while enabling quick getaways without repacking.
The Sport pop-top is a one-piece walkable aluminum lid that can be paired with a roof rack to carry additional gear. Supported by 200 lb gas struts, the top opens easily with one person and remains secure even in challenging weather. When closed, the roof measures just 6 inches tall, maintaining a low profile while still allowing limited bedding to remain inside.
The tent system uses Ennis Top Gun marine-grade fabric, a material commonly used in marine environments for its exceptional UV resistance, mold resistance, and durability against abrasion and puncture. No-see-um mesh windows provide excellent ventilation while keeping even the smallest insects out during warm nights in the backcountry.
Inside, the sleeping area includes a 3″ medium-density open-cell foam mattress supported by insulated honeycomb bed panels, allowing sections to be easily moved when needed without sacrificing space at the front of the wedge. A bungee gear attic keeps clothing and small gear overhead, while the carpeted headliner helps reduce condensation and manage interior humidity.
