The Kodiak Cap is a fully formed, all-aluminum truck box canopy real world tested for durability, utility, and clean integration across virtually all makes and models. Built from formed 50/52 1/8″ aluminum panels with precision-fabricated components, the Kodiak Cap delivers a rigid, lightweight structure designed to handle real-world work and backcountry use for a lifetime.

Every Kodiak Cap features an integrated 80/20 four-bar roof rack system, providing a versatile platform for mounting rooftop tents, recovery gear, job-site materials, or expedition accessories. The rack is engineered to support a dynamic load capacity of approximately 300 lbs., making it equally suited for work applications or adventure back road travel setups.

The canopy includes full-length side access doors for maximum usability and organization. Vertical wall construction borrrowed from the Yucca-Pac Camper increases usable interior volume compared to sloped-wall designs commonly found on other truck caps. This translates to more efficient storage, easier drawer or shelving integration, and improved packing flexibility.

With an approximate weight of 160–180 lbs. depending on configuration, the Kodiak Cap maintains a strong balance between structural integrity and weight efficiency. Its aluminum construction resists corrosion and eliminates concerns common with fiberglass alternatives.

Each unit is coated inside and out with Tiger Drylac Mini Tex powder coating, providing a durable, textured finish that enhances both longevity and appearance. The interior includes integrated cap lighting for improved visibility and function in low-light conditions.
